How to use the SUBLINE phone numbers in Whatsapp?
Please follow the steps below.
We recommend first you try with a Free Trial and if you think that our service fulfills your requirement, later on you can change to a paid plan.
As we don't have any control on how Whatsapp works, we cannot gurantee that this method will work for you.



1. Subscribe to a free plan (We suggest free plan to check wether the below method works with Whatsapp).

Click the URL https://global.subline.jp/free_trial/.

When you click the URL you will need to select the number of your choice and fill up the form to subscribe to the free plan.

After you fill up the subscription form, you will get an email with your user ID and password and the link to the SUBLINE web console.

2. Login to the SUBLINE web console with the user ID and password.

To use the SUBLINE service, enter your payment details [credit card details]. Please be assured that if you are using FREE plan, you will not be charged until you change to paid
plan. However, to avoid fraudulent use of our service we do some checks on the credit card, such as balance check, validity etc.

3. After you completed the payment details, and if your credit card checks are successful, you will be able to see the phone number that you selected earlier during filling up the
subscription form.

4. Please assign the number to your account. This is very important. If you don't have number assigned to your account, you will not be able to use the mobile app.

5. After you assign the numbers to your account, download and install the mobile app from google play store for android and apple app store for iphones.

6. Use your login ID and password to login to the mobile app and start using the SUBLINE app. Check whether you are able to make calls or receive calls using the SUBLINE mobile app.

7. Use the SUBLINE number in your Whatsapp account. When you will be prompted to verify the number in Whatsapp, please choose ( verify by receiving a phone call ).

At this point, you should receive a call from Whatsapp in the SUBLINE phone number.
After, Whatsapp verification is completed and if everything goes okay, you can use the SUBLINE phone number in Whatsapp also.


How to dial numbers?
From Mobile App:
Go to keypad.
Enter the phone number with country code (you may also need to enter + before the coutry code).
Press the call.
If you have multiple phone numbers assigned to you, you will be prompt to choose which number to use to call.
Press the number from where you want to call.
Where to see the call history
From Mobile App :
Go to Recents you will see two tabs All and Missed.
All shows all the call logs including received, dialled, forwarded and missed.
Missed will show any calls missed and forwarded.

From Web App :
Go to Dashboard you can see most recent call logs.
Go to Call History from the left menu to see the call logs for outgoing and Incoming call calls.
How to add contact?
There are two ways to add contacts. From Mobile Phone and Web Application.

From mobile phone, press Contacts. In the contacts page, you will see two tabs Members and Contacts. Press Contacts tab. Once the Contact tab is open, press the + button to add contacts.

From Web Application, in SUBLINE web application at the top of the screen you will see two tabs Main and Contacts. Click the Contacts tab to add Contacts.
How to record calls?
Call recording can be done for outgoing as well as incoming.
From mobile app: Go to Settings, you will see two profiles Outgoing and Incoming Profiles.
From outgoing profile you can turn on or off the Record Call.
To set recording calls for incoimng profile, click + button at the bottom of the screen and when the incoming profile page is open you will see the Record Incoming Calls turn on/off button.

From Web Application, Go to Numbers in the left menu. Click Get New Number. Click Enable or Disable to turn on the OUTGOING call recording.


How to set own incoming profile?
Go to settings -> Click the + button.
Enter the details of the Incoming Profile.
How to know which profile is in active state in mobile app?
The profiles that are shown in home screen of the mobile app are in active state.
Also, if you go to the Settings screen, you can see which profile is in active state (Currently Selected status means this profile is in active state).
What is default profile?
The default profile is set automatically and you won't be able to change the settings of default profile.
Go o settings -> Check the incoming profiles named as "Default".
How to activate different profiles in mobile app?
When you go to the home screen of the SUBLINE mobile app, slide left and right the profiles. Whatever profile is shown in the home screen that profile is currently in active state.
How to set voice message or auto answer message?
Go to settings -> select the incoming profile.

Go to the Auto Response section.
You can set custom as well as predefined messages.

You can also set if the call is not answered what action to be taken. Like do you want to hang up the call after no answer or do you want the user to leave a voice message..
How to select the incoming ringing duration in mobile app?
Go to settings -> select the incoming profile.

How to cancel the SUBLINE subscription?
Login to your SUBLINE account.
Go to Cancellation menu and fill up the necessary details to cancel your subscription.

Note: Even if you cancel the subscription, you will still be charged for that month's (the month when you cancelled the subscription) billed amount.

e.g.
You have one USA Localand Subscribed to the plan "Pay As You Go".

- Pay As You Go Plan $3
- Phone number $2

You cancel the subscription on 10th of June. To keep things simple, let's say you did't made any calls or did not received any calls.

In that case, on 1st July $5 (your monthly charge for the monhth of June) will be deducted from your credit card.
**If you make calls in June additional call charges will be billed to your monthly amount and will be deducted on 1st of July.

From July onwards, your account will be deactivated if your account cancellation process completed successfully.
How to know in which phone number I have received the call in SUBLINE app?
If you have multiple phone numbers assigned under your name, in the receive call screen you will see the phone number to which you have been called.

Further in the call history also you will be able to identify which number you have received the call.
How to cancel the SUBLINE subscription?
Login to your SUBLINE account.
Go to Cancellation menu and fill up the necessary details to cancel your subscription.

How cancellation works?
Cancellation process is done during the month end only. Any payment due or call charges during that month when you requested for cancellation will be charged to you.

You can request for cancellation anytime in a month but the actual cancellation request will be processed at the month end. So even after you request for cancellation you can still use the service till the end of that month when you requested for cancellation. Any call charges, phone charges associated to your account will be billed and settled from your registered credit card during the monthly cancel processing.

e.g.
On 5th Feb, 2019 you submitted the cancellation.

On 1stMar, 2019 when the monthly process is executed, your cancellation process will be executed. Also for the month of Feb 2019 any due amount will be settled on 1st Mar 2019.

Why do I see payment alerts or my credit card was charged during registration of credit card?
We do several kinds of checks to authenticate the validity of the credit cards as well as credit card balance check to avoid any fraud and misuse of our service.

During the validation process when your bank receive our request, they might generate alerts according to your bank's account settings.


During the the balance check we try to verify that the card is issued and the bank will allow a certain amount to be authorized. Regardless of whether or not the authorization is declined, we reverse our authorization request immediately. However, even if the bank declines the authorization, some people may still see an authorization with certain amount on their credit card statement.

Incase you find any such alerts suspicious please contact us.

Note : Other than valid credit cards, we are not sure how this process works. So please don't try to use any other form of cards, except valid credit cards.
What kind of cards are acceptable?
Only credit cards are acceptable. You can notregister debit cards, prepaid cards or any other form of cards for payments as well as for registration to SUBLINE service.
